Cecil D. St. Pierre, Jr. is a partner in the law offices of Boyer Dawson & St. Pierre, P.C. He has more than twenty-five years as a practicing attorney, focusing his practice primarily in the areas of probate and estate planning, criminal, personal injury, real estate and municipal law.
Criminal:
Cecil’s motto is - “Never Confess - Know Your Legal Rights.” Cecil has an extensive background in representing clients in criminal matters, both misdemeanor and felony. Dateline has done a story for his victory in a murder case. Cecil’s reputation in the Courtroom is to fight for his clients. Probate:
Cecil is a Public Administrator for Macomb County. He has served under four different Attorney Generals since 1997. As a Public Administrator, he serves as a Guardian, Conservator and Personal Representative in contested matters or where there is no family member willing or able to serve. He prepares Wills, Trusts, Durable Medical and General Power of Attorneys and all other Estate Planning documents.
Cecil also served as a Warren City councilman for sixteen years where he voted on ordinances, contracts, re-zoning, bonding, labor and budget. His experience on City Council has enhanced his ability to assist clients with complex municipal law and real estate issues.
